A Port Barre man has been arrested in Point Coupee Parish, accused of a home invasion and kidnapping in Three Mile Lake, armed robbery, another home invasion in Livonia, and attempted murder of eight people, including two police officers. The man, whose name has not yet been released by police, allegedly began his spree at about 1 a.m. near Three Mile Lake and U.S. 190, said Livonia Police Chief Brad Joffrion.
