Port Barre Police arrest two Opelousas men for Synthetic Cannibinoids. 22 year old Ryan Scott Fisher and 23 year old Daniel E. Johnson, both of Opelousas have been arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute schedule I controlled dangerous substances.
